Mgr. Jiřina Svojanovská

In 2001 she graduated Law from the Masaryk University´s Faculty of Law in Brno and has been an attorney since 2005.
She provides legal advice specializing in real estate law, restitution litigation, intellectual property law, including copyright, and IT law. She has cooperated with a wide range of clients from individuals and start-ups through medium-sized companies to public entities and multinational companies during her professional career. You will meet in association with the preparation of development projects, the solution of real estate and restitution cases, and association with your IT projects, including agile development projects and copyright and unfair competition disputes.

Mgr. Bc. Iveta Šandalová

In 2012 she graduated Law from the Faculty of Law of the Masaryk University in Brno, and in 2014, she graduated International Relations - European Studies from the Faculty of Social Studies of the Masaryk University in Brno. She has been an attorney since 2016.
She provides legal advice focusing on intellectual property law, including copyright, IT law, personal data protection, and contract law. She will most often take care of the legal aspects of your logo, business name, and domain, protection of your technical solutions, know-how, preparation of website or application. She will also ensure a GDPR audit and its implementation for you. She will be happy to help you even if your case has an international dimension.

Mgr. Dominika Kantková

In 2022 she graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno.
She focuses mainly on real estate contract law and preparation of documentation for real estate agencies. She is interested in civil, commercial and insolvency law.
