Price offer

The price offer is based on the client´s individual needs and requirements, the case´s complexity, the application of foreign law, the foreign language, and the processing date.

The remuneration for legal services is based either on the contractual hourly rate or Decree No. 177/1996 Coll., The Attorney’s Tariff, as amended (performance fee).

Our law firm most often negotiates a contractual fee in the form of an hourly rate, which is 2500 CZK without VAT per 1 hour, which allows us to charge for the work performed in contrary to the fee. Thus, the client is charged only for the time spent on legal service, not for the started hours of legal service.

Our law firm also offers the possibility of negotiating a fixed fee per case if realistically possible to determine in advance the scope of legal services (typically comprehensive real estate transfer, trademark application, insolvency application, insolvency petition, etc.).

In the case of long-term comprehensive management of the legal agenda, we offer clients the conclusion of a flat-rate contract on legal representation with the negotiation of a preferential flat-rate remuneration for the provision of legal services. The contract for the provision of flat-rate legal services is negotiated for a minimum of 1 year, from a minimum volume of legal services of 8 hours per month.

Remuneration for legal services does not include cash expenses, such as court and administrative fees, compensation of a notary, and an expert witness.

Attorney’s deposit

The entrusted finances are deposited for a period of safekeeping in a deposit account maintained for each case separately with UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia, a.s. The fee for attorney custody depends on the price of the stored amount; it is charged separately only if it is not part of a comprehensive legal service (typically securing the transfer of real estate):
